Speak. Favuus writes, and gets things done.
Press the shortcut in any app and talk naturally. Favuus types where your cursor is, opens pages and writes text inside your apps.
Three steps. No new window.
In any text field: email, Slack, Word, your browser. You pick the shortcut.
No need to say “comma”. Favuus understands pauses, cleans up filler words and keeps your tone.
Stop talking and the text lands where your cursor was. Keep working.
Ask out loud. Favuus does it.
Beyond writing, the assistant opens pages, types into other apps, looks at your screen when you ask and answers by voice. Call it whatever you like.
Your key. Your provider. Your data.
Favuus connects straight to the AI provider you choose. Your key stays in your computer's password vault and your audio never passes through our servers.

How do I type by voice on Windows with Favuus?
Install Favuus, add a key from an AI provider and press the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+Space, or one you pick) in any text field. Talk normally and, when you stop, the text appears where your cursor was, already punctuated.
Which apps does it work in?
Any field you could type in: WhatsApp, Teams, Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Word, Google Docs, your browser and most Windows programs.
Is Favuus free?
Dictation, AI cleanup and your own vocabulary are free. The Pro plan (US$ 5.99 a month or US$ 59.90 a year) adds the voice assistant, live conversation, screen reading, memory, voice messages and phone remote control.
Do I need an API key?
Yes. Favuus uses your own OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq or Anthropic key, and you pay the provider directly for what you use. You pick the model, and your audio never passes through our servers.
How is it different from Windows dictation (Win+H)?
Favuus transcribes with current AI models and then cleans the text up: it drops filler words, fixes punctuation and keeps the words in your vocabulary, like names and technical terms. You also choose the shortcut and can talk to the assistant.
Is my audio stored?
No. Audio goes straight from your computer to the provider you chose and is not saved by Favuus. The privacy policy has the details.
Which languages can I dictate in?
English, Portuguese, Spanish and many other languages supported by the transcription provider. The app itself is in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Does it work on Mac?
Not yet. Favuus runs on Windows 10 and 11, and the macOS version is on the way.
Stop typing what you could just say.
